Having coaches, guides, and mentors in our lives will exponentially support us in our growth. It's something I strongly believe in, and I want to introduce you to one of mine! 

My next guest is someone very near and dear to me. She is a powerful space holder and has supported me immensely this past year.  Her name is Andrea Arledge, and she is a Soulful Success Coach & shadow coach for leaders on a mission.  She left a 16-year nursing career to pursue the work she does now. She is also a Numerologist, Reiki Master Teacher and certified copywriter. 

We cover A LOT in this conversation --  we talk about the ways she has supported me in being called higher, diving into shadow work (including our golden shadow), because it’s important to honor the light AND the dark. There are so many  nuggets to support you as you’re navigating thru your fertility path in this chat. 

There are some parts of this conversation that made me cry --- the gifts from my mom, and just how blessed I feel to have mentors and coaches like her in my life – she’s a true soul sister.
