This episode covers quite a bit! It's mainly about being child-free in a parent saturated world, but I touch on fat-burners, and having selfish goals as well. 

We need more child-free voices so here I am. There will be another episode specifically with my view on being child-free, so stay tuned for that!

But this one stems from a specific event, and my lack of child-free mentors, which I'll explain.
