This week I am having a conversation with Will, owner of Intestinal Fortitude. Intestinal Fortitude is a company he founded after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Will did an incredible amount of research around supplements to help with ulcerative colitis. He was searching for a more holistic approach to avoid taking medication. He found that he was taking a lot of different bottles of supplements and thought "hey maybe I can figure out how to make 1 supplement") and make it affordable! Obviously, supplements will not work for everyone, but if you are like me you are willing to give it a try! I've been taking his supplements for a few years and I've noticed a HUGE difference in my inflammation.
