In this episode I have a conversation with my friend Mary Golden. Mary and I went to High School together and reconnected through FB. Mary is one of those people who inspire me daily. Mary shares her journey authentically and you can tell how passionate she is about her health and wellness. Mary is a Mom and about a year or so ago she made the decision to start putting herself first once in awhile and has become increasingly more happy and better Mom/ wife in the process. She shares what her "aha" moment was and how she started making changes in her life. I love her story because like most Mom's she has always put her kids first and never did anything for herself. (Sound familiar Moms?) She is amazing and it's a great conversation!
