People often believe that being single means you're alone, and being alone means you're lonely. We think that is the farthest from the truth. The more comfortable you become with being alone, then it only makes your standards for a partner that much higher (in an amazing way). Because the route to an amazing love life is loving yourself first. We're talking ways you can begin taking yourself out on dates, eating out alone, going to bars alone, going to concerts alone, and ways Emily is challenging herself to become more independent in the course to break her codependency.
