Beliefs. They have a huge impact on who we are, how we act, and what we do in this world.
How do we come to believe something? How do we change those beliefs when they no longer serve us? What does it mean to lose faith and stop believing something is true?
All these questions and more have played over and over in my mind throughout the last three years. Today, I talk about how I changed my own beliefs and what that meant to me, my life, and my approach to living a truly fulfilling and joyous life.

Letting go. What does that truly mean and how can we actually do it?
In this episode, I explore some of my own experiences and a great deal about my own process of dealing with emotions and thoughts that used to cause me worry, frustration, angst, and many other feelings. Now, instead, and once I grasped the concept of how to actually "let go" of those thoughts and emotions that no longer served me, I started to live a more peaceful, joyful existence.
In this episode, I offer some tips based on personal experience that may help you to learn how to let go of those thoughts and emotions that are not serving you. Hope you enjoy it.

Did you know that while we are infinite beings, we also have an infinite number of choices in any given moment? Yes, it's true. In every moment, we make a choice (conscious or otherwise). When we make those choices, the choice may affect us immediately, or it may takes days, weeks, months, years or even decades to reveal the outcome.
When we talk about choices, and why they make us who we are, we are not necessarily talking about choosing what to have for dinner, or what color car to buy, or what clothes to wear; although each of those choices will create consequences.
