Bullet Journaling Changed my life (INFP) - I am singing the praises of bullet journaling today. I started about 16 months ago and before bullet journaling, I struggled with time management, budgeting, boundaries, and follow-through (like really really bad). This practice has been an absolute game changer for me. I recently switched to a filofax which I am still adjusting to and I might go back to regular bound notebook. As INFP's we need supportive tools like this to help us protect our time and energy and to fill in our Te blindspot. I am no MBTI expert, just exploring what it means to be INFP and sharing what works for me.
