Being Korean American (I guess Asian American) is weird. Race in America is often thought of as black and white, but where does Asian fit into that? As Asian Americans, we sit in this in between space where we're not white, we're not black. We're not quite Asian, but we're not quite American either.
The Asian American experience for me, and for many others I'd imagine, was a search for identity. In this episode, I talk to my friend, fellow Korean and fellow bboy about our Korean American experience. What it's like to be Korean, what the Korean-American community is like, the good and the bad of it all, and some digressions and tangents.
