In this episode Sally talks about time and how it can sometimes appear to pass incredibly quickly and on other occasions crawl by like lazy snail.
She uses the metaphor of watching her children grow up as a way of realising that time is passing, and she has not really paid attention. She wonders what she did with the time. Did she really use it and honour it? Or did she squander it?
Ultimately she proposes that time could be infinitely bendy and flexible, and that if we could stay truly in the present we could live in a magical world where time stood still, and we would never have to worry about not having enough time.
Why not spend some time with Sally now, listen in and see what you think of her idea?
