In this conversation I speak with Abryanna who is the daughter of an extraordinary nurse Jodi who you may remember from episode 2. Abyranna is also a student, sister, friend, and an amazingly insightful human all while being an accolmplished D1 athelete. We talk about her experience during the pandemic and she shares remarkable advice for healthcare workers, parents, kids, and all of us! She gives us a beautiful reminder about what really matters - being present in the moment and a very great lesson in being patient in order to heal!
