We recognise and discuss how play is one thing we can do to support our tamariki and how it can help to reduce the stress in all of our lives (parents included!). It promotes us to have fun, learn and connect; and it’s fantastic for our health on so many levels. It’s totally aligned with feeling good & functioning well, and it’s said that a good dose of play can help us to laugh! So why wouldn’t we?"
