The apostle Paul prayed for the Ephesian church to be rooted and grounded in love (see Ephesians 3:17). God's love is meant to be the foundational force in our lives that nourishes, strengthens, and stabilizes us, but sometimes believers have trouble receiving His love in a personal way.
