So, this is a bit different kind of episode. It is in two parts. Part 1 is what I recorded in Feb before going to college and part 2 is of 2nd may, when I had lived in college for a month and came back.
Would love you know about you guy's experience if you have experienced it.

You used media after this happened with you? How shameful! You should be ashamed of yourself. In this episode I talk about my opinion on people doing moral policing and shaming others online.
Growing up I have seen people around me getting bribed, rewarded and even punished. And no, not because of the crimes or something. But just common trivial things like to get better marks, eat vegetables, etc. Most common people who face this are children. In this episode, I tell how you should maneuver around this.
Hello there.

Hello!
Hello there!
“Meditation is the art of doing nothing. You cannot do meditation. By definition, if you're doing something you're not in meditation.” – Naval Ravikant.
In this episode, I talked about meditation. How some people have false notion about meditation which is why they don't meditate. I talked about my experience of meditation. I hope you would try meditation too and if you do; ping me and tell me about your experience of meditation.

Happy Republic Day to all my fellow Indians.
Cheers!
In this episode, I talk about regrets. Some of the regrets you should avoid. Regrets are really heavy thing which most people ignore but later they pile up and become really heavy thing to carry. Avoid as much regrets as you can.
In this episode, I talk about how most people have a negative outlook towards and everything. People look at everything negatively. I am a great believer of "There's good in everything." A lot of people waste a lot of their time in "acting" depressed, from whatever reason, maybe to look cool, to get the social validation or just to fit in their peers.
