The pain of this moment, realizing I was on the outside looking in as the Other Woman, sitting alone on the holidays, in tears, in my bathrobe, drunk off a bottle of prosecco in my bed was when I vowed to exit that relationship, do the deeper healing & NEVER settle for being a 3rd party again.

 

I knew this was the moment I had to choose myself FULLY.

 

Now it's my life mission to support women to raise their standards instead of settling for less, be DEEPLY devoted to themselves & open to true love and intimacy by choosing themselves first.
