In this episode Sally talks about her process of uncovering more and more of her real self.

As she has continued to work at unearthing herself and peeling back more and more layers she has sometimes felt like an archaeologist on a hot and sweaty dig as she found new and unexpected treasures along the way. She calls this her de-armouring process, getting rid of the layers she has built up over the years that seemed to protect her, but actually stopped her really being herself and connecting with others.

Whatever happens, Sally keeps on digging, looking for the treasure that is really her, so that she can get more real and closer to the realness of who she is meant to be.
