This is a meditation to support you whilst having a hot flush in the heat.
As you bring your focus inwards to become aware of your breath notice areas of tension, discomfort or unpleasant sensations such as heat. Do not force these sensations to change but instead pay attention to them with a kindly awareness. Radiate cool, calm, and gentleness to these areas of your body.
