Le Speed Thora de la reprise , de ce Chabat Choftim est extrait du Mecheh' H'ohma de R. Meir Simh'a Hacohen de Dvinsk dont c'est le Yahrzeit ce Chabat 4 Eloul ( 1843-1926 Lituanie) célèbre pour son commentaire sur le Rambam le Or Sameah' et surtout pour son commentaire sur le H'oumach le Mecheh' H'ohma.
Il s'intéresse ici à la discussion entre Rambam et Ramban sur la position des paroles des H'ah'amims par rapport aux lois de la Thora.
Comment la Thora éternelle peut me demander d'écouter la voix des H'ah'amims par nature temporelle, subjective , variable.

Le Speed Thora de ce Chabat Devarim ,Chabat H'azon , le dernier avant Ben Hazmanim, est extrait du Noam Elimeleh' de Rabbi Elimeleh' de Lizensk (17é Pologne) un des grands disciples du Maguid de Mezeritch,l' élève du Baal chem tovIl reprend les premiers mots du Sefer Devarim ,censés être d après Rachi une suite de remontrances au peuple juif et montre, comment voir, au delà du passouk un conseil de Moche Rabenou au peuple pour s'élever au dessus de sa condition sur le plan collectif comme sur le plan individuel et se relier au concept d' Adam Kadmon (en cette veille du 5 Av Hiloula du Ari z"al !!)

Le Speed Thora de ce Chabat H'azak, Matot Massey est extrait du Sefer Emet Leyaakov de Rav Yaakov Kaminetski (1891/1986 Lituanie/ Roch Yechiva a New York) un des fondateurs du judaïsme orthodoxe américainIl reprend Rachi qui explique la différence entre le "KO" des autres prophètes et le "ZE" de Moche Rabenou: le Ainsi et le VoiciIl se demande alors pourquoi cet enseignement n' est donné que lors de l' énoncé de la loi des NedarimsSe pose pour nous la problématique de la transmission et de son interprétation

Le Speed Thora de la Paracha Pinh’as est extrait du Netivot Olam du Maharal de Prague (Tchéquie/17ème) un de ses ouvrages sur des thèmes d’éthique.
Un Midrach étonnant nous rapporte la discussion entre « 3 jeunes sages » Ben Zoma, Ben Nanass et Ben Pazi (!) pour connaitre le verset le plus central de la Thora.
Et Ben Pazi cite étonnement un verset de notre Paracha sur le Korban Tamid : « un mouton le matin et un mouton l’après-midi » !
C’est cet avis qui emporte l’avis de Plouni et des pairs !

Dans le Speed Thora de cette semaine, le Kli Yakar se pose la question du sens de l'explication de Rachi sur : " c'est un décret devant moi on n'a pas le droit de poser des questions " Est -ce une vraie ou une fausse réponse ?
Pour qui est-ce une réponse? Comment faut -il se positionner face à ce genre de question?
