You can learn from your current behaviour and figure out what changes you need to make to change your future. Our beliefs drive our behaviours and our behaviours drive our results. This is true both positively and negatively.
By believing you are something, your behaviour will reflect the belief. So if you want to be healthier, you have to create an inner belief that you are healthier and your behaviour will reflect that belief and you’ll become healthier. If you want more wealth, decide where in your life you want to be wealthy and create an inner belief that you are wealthy and your behaviour will reflect that belief and you’ll become wealthier.
How you behave will dictate your future and your behaviour stems from your beliefs.
