Here are the 3 Steps to building unshakable ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ
๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ are two separate things.
Many people are Motivated, very few are Confident.
You may be inspired or motivated to do something, but until you take ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, make ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ or actually ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ it you won't be confident.
Because true unshakable ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ is only EARNED.
Progress and action are the primary way to build ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ. A self-confident person is simply someone who keeps promises to themselves. Those promises compound over time.... Good or Bad.

Every day we are training ourselves to be great or to be average. Everything you choose to do on daily basis you can train yourself to be great.
Becauseโฆ there is no such thing as ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ, only ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐.
Choose to live your daily life as a "๐๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป".
"๐๐ต๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ผ๐ป" your day by choosing to do every task the best that you possibly can.
When you do this, you build ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ.
๐ฆ๐ฒ๐น๐ณ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ is easy and most people are confused by it. It is simply someone who keeps promises to themselves. The small internal promises you make to yourself that no one knows about, keep those, and watch your confidence grow.

Well, I was watching an interview with LeBron James and the interviewer asked him " How do you have the confidence when things are coming down to the wire or they get tough".

Deep down, we all know our choices ultimately determine our behaviors and those behaviors ultimately determine our outcomes.
Better said, every choice has a consequence or an outcome.
Butโฆ If weโre SERIOUS about actualizing our potential, achieving greatness, winning our own version of the World Series then there simply IS NO CHOICE. Moment to moment to moment we need to step in and give our 100, be the best version of ourselves. PERIOD.
We want to think choice is awesome. But, ultimately itโs NOT.
When weโre all in, there is no choice.
When you feel like you have choice or too many options. Its because you haven't actually decided.
When you get up? When you go to sleep? How you train? How you show up in your Work and your Love? So, letโs drop the illusion and make the ultimate decision that makes all the little decisions for us. Letโs go for greatness. TODAY.
