Welcome back to the podcast. This week, I want to talk about something that has been stirring deeply in my spirit—the word “suddenly.”

Have you ever had a moment where you just felt something shifting, even if you couldn’t fully explain it? That quiet nudge, that inner knowing… I believe those are moments when we need to pay attention and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit.

In order to experience a suddenly in our lives, we have to trust what God is revealing to us—even when we don’t see it yet.

Our belief has to be front and center.

Not halfway.
Not when it’s convenient.
But fully persuaded.

And I’ll be honest with you—I’m right there with you. There are prayers I’ve prayed that haven’t been answered yet. There are things I’m still believing for.

But something in me is settled.

I am convinced… that God is going to show up.
And not just show up—but show up suddenly.

Let's continue the series of you all asking me questions. This week I am talking about how I got free from people. I know so many people who are live their life by the approval of others. I get it. I was once that girl. However, when I truly embraced my identity of who I am in Christ there was a shift that took place. I know who God says that I am. It may have taken me a while, but I am in alignment with God and his word. It feels so free to break the chains of other people's opinions and to not live a life where all I was needing was validation and approval from others. The key to getting free is knowing who you are in Christ.

We are in the middle of the Ask Coach Christina series. I am taking your questions this month and answering them on the podcast. This week I am answering the question of how to handle shifting friendships. There are times when everything can be going well in a friendship, but then a shift happens. It can be caused by jealousy, envy or just when one person begins to elevate. No matter what the reason of the shift it is never easy to navigate the change. Looking to God to guide you is the key. I was not the perfect mom nor do I claim to be. I share two bible scriptures that I leaned on when life was hard. Life as a single mom was not easy, but I leaned on my faith and surrounded myself with women who lifted me up in prayer. Let's kick off a series that I am going to start in March. In this week's podcast let's continue our conversation where we left off. In order to lead others well we have to be well within ourselves, God and others. When we are well within ourselves we can lead with confidence and not allow baggage to hinder our leadership. We have to face left over residue from our past and learn to forgive ourselves and others. God wants a relationship with us and if we harbor anger, bitterness or resentment it can hinder our relationship with him. We also have to be at peace with others. Often times we find ourselves disappointed in others because we hold people to unrealistic expectations. Let's have a real talk on what we need to do to let go of what is holding us back so we can move forward and lead with confidence.
