• For anything to be monetised, there needs to be a simple buy-and-sell element. You need to break your model all the way down to simple economics.

• Normalisation is Becky’s solution to the sometimes chauvinistic attitude she encounters. By increasing the visibility of women in her sector, it will eventually become normalised, and won’t be a “thing” anymore.
• Find out what your thing is. What excites you? What drives you? When you find it, work back from there. Find a way to make that thing your main focus in life.
