How far would you go to prove that nothing can stop you?
Meet Jacky Hunt-Broersma, an amputee ultrarunner who didn’t just beat the odds — she ran past them… literally. In 2022, Jacky completed one marathon every single day for a full year — that’s 366 marathons in 366 days, including leap day! 🌎👟
Jacky didn’t start running until age 40. She lost her leg to cancer, but found a new passion through running. Using a special blade prosthetic, she ran through pain, wind, heat, and exhaustion — logging over 9,500 miles, raising $88,000 for charity, and setting a Guinness World Record for most consecutive daily marathons by a woman.

This isn’t a story about running. It’s a story about grit, purpose, and pushing past what people think is possible.
