How many of the beliefs you live by are actually yours?
We pick up beliefs from parents, teachers, friends, culture, and the world around us, often without realizing it. Then we build our lives around them as if they're simply true.
In this episode, we're asking one simple question: Who says? And then we're going a layer deeper, questioning what words like "responsible," "successful," "too old," and "realistic" even mean, and who got to define them in the first place.
Because once you see a belief for what it is, you get to decide whether you want to keep carrying it.
