This week in Believe, Jesus calls some of His first disciples — intentionally pursuing those He loves.

But the passage culminates with an even greater revelation. Referring back to Jacob’s ladder in Genesis, Jesus declares that He is the connection between heaven and earth—the One through whom God comes to His people and His people come to God.

The message of the Gospel is beautifully simple:
Jesus is the One we’ve been waiting for.
