In Week 4 of our Believe series through the Gospel of John, we return to John 1 and the powerful testimony of John the Baptist:

“Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”

Israel expected a conquering Lion. Instead, God sent a Lamb.

This message explores the humility of John—“I am not… but He is”—and the humility of Christ, who conquered not by force, but by the cross. Jesus did not overthrow Rome with a sword; He overcame sin through sacrificial love. And now, He calls His people to reflect that same lamb-like posture in the world.

In a culture that prizes pride, power, and self-promotion, believers are called to go low, to serve, and to point beyond themselves to Christ.

In Week 3 of our Believe series through the Gospel of John, we explore one of the most powerful descriptions of Jesus in all of Scripture: He is full of grace and truth.

In a world that often separates truth from love—harsh truth without compassion, or soft grace without conviction—Jesus embodies both perfectly. He does not compromise truth, and He does not withhold grace. In Christ, we see the fullness of God revealed: holy, righteous, merciful, and near.

This message calls us to behold who Jesus truly is—and to reflect His grace and truth in our own lives. Because to believe in Him is not only to receive grace, but to stand firmly in truth.

What does it really mean to believe?

In Week 2 of our Believe series, we see that biblical faith isn’t blind — it’s grounded in the person of Jesus. John the Baptist came to point to the Light, and we’re reminded that salvation is not about performance, routine, or religious effort.

Those who receive Christ are given the right to become children of God — born not by human will, but by God Himself.

You don’t work your way into His family.

You are adopted by grace, sealed by the Spirit, and kept by the One who began the work!

What do you believe about Jesus?

But John doesn’t stop there — he gives believers a staggering promise: those who are born of God overcome the world. Not because of our strength, discipline, or spiritual effort, but because Jesus Himself has overcome.

This message calls us back to a simple, powerful truth: we overcome not by trying harder, but by continually looking to Jesus!
