When Hitler began to rise to power in Germany in the 1930s, the vast majority of the country's pastors chose to remain neutral about the changing political tide. The Lutheran Church — the dominant denomination in Germany at the time — stood by silently as evil took over. In this week's episode, Pastor Berger explains why many challenges the Church in America faces today mirror those of 1930s Germany — and what we, as believers, should do about it.
