What started as a run in honor of his late mother, Attorney James Crumlin, has galvanized people from all over the world with his intense workouts that convene on the steps of Nashville's Capitol building. Crumlin has provided free group workouts for over 9 years. Hundreds of people gather twice a week to stretch themselves physically, mentally, and socially. This interview unpacks how this assembly has been more than just a workout, but has literally saved lives.
