‍How many of us are slowed down, or never finish the race at all, simply because we need to let go of some extra pounds? What are the weights that God is asking us to let go of? Is it the heavy burden of guilt and shame? Well, take heart, because the bible says there is No Condemnation in Christ Jesus.
