In this powerful sermon, we explore the introduction to Paul's first letter to Timothy, where Paul addresses the importance of eldership and the danger of distractions within the church.

Paul establishes Timothy as a spiritual son and elder to the church in Ephesus, emphasizing the significance of spiritual mentorship. He urges Timothy to confront false teachings and myths that have infiltrated the church, emphasizing the need to keep the focus on Christ alone.

The sermon highlights the detrimental effects of adding anything to the Gospel and encourages believers to eliminate distractions that hinder spiritual growth. By centering our lives solely on Christ, we can experience love, a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith.

Join us as we delve into the timeless wisdom of Paul's letter and learn how to elevate eldership and eliminate distractions in our own spiritual journeys.
