This round, I take a break from the change discussion to look at the wild animal in your school. The Momma Bear is lurking and hunting you. I will discuss this creature in its natural habitat and relate it to the most dangerous beast of all, a mad Samoan.

Let's look at the "WHY" behind change. Why is it important? I discuss how to deal with the "WHY'" when the reason doesn't match your beliefs.
