  • Episode 13 - Dealing with Stress and How to Unwind

In this episode we chat about how to deal with stress and the ways we unwind.

    SHOW NOTES:

    Someone Great:

    https://www.netflix.com/gb/title/80202920
Dumped by her long-term boyfriend, a music journalist recruits her two best friends for one last outrageous adventure in New York City before she moves to San Francisco. Starring Gina Rodriguez. It’s a really unique film in terms of the plot but it is so natural, shows the pain of heartbreak in a really raw but perfect way. The focus of female friendship and the love that comes from your friends really shines through.

    When Harry Met Sally:

    https://www.amazon.com/When-Harry-Sally-Billy-Crystal/dp/B001Q556QG
A chance encounter between two graduates culminates in a short-term friendship. But when fate brings them back together five years later, they are forced to deal with how they feel about each other. Starring Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal.  An absolute classic but it is just one of my favourites. This is the one film I have watched continuously over the last year. I've lost count of how many times I’ve seen it now but it’s just the best film at taking my mind off life, whether I’m happy or sad. Couldn’t recommend it enough as a feel good film.
