Join us as we introduce our Spring 2023 Bellevue Women study, "Free."

In this 10-week study of Galatians, we will go through Paul’s letter to the Galatians, which sounds more like a declaration of war than a pastoral letter to a church. He has heard that the community of believers is engaged in a battle between rules and relationship, legalism, and love. So, with a no-holds-barred approach, Paul sets the record straight: salvation is in Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone. Join us for this journey through Paul’s epistle and discover for yourself what the Galatians found out—in Christ, you truly are free!

Jacob is Blessed | Genesis 32-36

Donna Gaines closes out our Fall 2022 study, "The Blessing," looking at Genesis 32–36. During this lesson, we'll look at Jacob wrestling with God and becoming blessed. We'll also see how Jacob reconnected with Esau and witness the descendants of Jacob turning away from God. As we finish our study, let us remember the blessings of the Lord and choose to lead our families down the path He has shown us.

Jacob Deceives | Genesis 28:10–31:55

During Week Eight of "The Blessing," Jean Stockdale teaches through Genesis 28-31 as we look at the life of Jacob. Having been part of a deception in his earlier life, we see now that he will be taken advantage of by his uncle Laban as Jacob looks for a wife and begins to grow his family and possessions.

Isaac is Blessed | Genesis 25:19 - 28:9

Donna Gaines teaches during Week Seven of Bellevue Women's study, "The Blessing." Beginning in Genesis 25:19 and continuing into Genesis 28, we'll look at the legacy of Isaac through his children, Jacob and Esau. Family dysfunction and our own scheming hearts can work to undo the good things God desires for us.

Isaac is Married | Genesis 24:1–25:18

Jean Stockdale walks through the journey of Issac's life and demonstrates how Issac's life is a picture of Jesus in Genesis 24-25. We learn that the blessing of Abraham's life is found in God's promise of a Savior who would be in his lineage.

Abraham is Tested | Genesis 22-23

Donna Gaines teaches from Genesis 22-23 on Abraham's ultimate test from the Lord. We see how Abraham fully trusted God and the blessing that Abraham received for obeying. Learning from this, we can reflect on our own trials or tests and grant grace to and encourage those who are being tested.

Abraham is Remembered | Genesis 19-21

Donna Gaines teaches through Genesis 19-21 as we look at how "Abraham is Remembered." We will look at God's destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah and what it has to say about how we can be influenced by those around us just like Lot was. Either we are living for the Lord or we are setting ourselves up to be formed in the image of this world.
