Over 30% of women have their labor and birth induced in the US. So today we will talk about what is labor induction, why is it done, what contraindications are there for induction of labor and some of the common methods used to induce labor.

Today's episode we are discussing the reasons to go to the hospital. There are several things to pay attention to and contact your provider or go straight to the hospital. 
I realize that when you are pregnant we all don't know what we don't know. So I hope this helps to give you some idea of when to contact your doc or midwife about what is going on. It doesn't always mean something bad is happening, it is just important to be aware of what is going on with your body and your pregnancy.
