Tonight the guys are back to talk about the NHLs giant "Frozen Frenzy" that Canada couldn’t see and the MLB playoffs and how the Phillies lost the NLCS more than the D'Backs won it. They then get into the Texas Rangers and the Arizona Diamondbacks being the 2023 World Series matchup.

Shane Pinto got himself suspended for a gambling allegation and Dave and Brent have different views on the rules of gambling in sports and if having players with those kind of "records" are good to have on your team. They then chat about who the "GOAT" in MLB is in our lifetime but he can't be a "steroid" guy.

The power conferences are complete so it's time to give the mid majors their well deserved shine! We covered 2 teams that are looking to prove their Final 4 run was not a fluke. We had to dive into the Mountain West, the A10 & the AAC. Can't lie... the A10 is not that appetizing but we look at the likes of Tyson Degenhart, DaRon Holmes & Max Fiedler while also highlighting our boy Josh Cohen. Penny vs. Dusty might become a great rivalry and we had to pay respects for SDSU as well. Really comprehensive pod for these mid major conferences!

If we got the Crier on that means we're talking Big East hoops! Our previews take us to one of the most compelling and deep conferences in the country. Somehow, the coaches are more interesting to us than the players. We take a look at the future COY, POY & Champs. The top 3 is pretty clear but who else can make some noise? We also talk about Cooley's return to Providence of course and finish it up with some Big East trivia. Truth be told, I don't know how accurate the trivia was but oh well. We're taking a break from the previews to bring you one more interview prior to the start of the season. We're lucky to have on Erik Haslam to shed some light into what goes into his models and projections each and every season.
