In today's episode Dan talks to Wayne Gerard, the co-founder and CEO of the successful tech start up, RedEye.

RedEye provides cloud and mobile solutions for organisations that own and operate critical infrastructure. It is one of Australia’s fastest growing SaaS companies, and currently operates in Australia, New Zealand and North America, with just under 100 people employed. 

Wayne discusses what drives him to create such a successful start up.  He also talks honestly about his battle with stress and how it effects his mental and physical health, even to the point of hospitalisation. 
It's an eye-opening chat, and it truly exposes the hard work and sacrifice that Wayne has  encountered, to make a difference in his industry.

Megan is the principle and owner of the Remuera Ray White office in Auckland which has the largest Ray White team in the world, and has been voted the No 1 Ray White Office internationally since 2015. Dan explores how Jaffe's strong mindset of, treating people how she would like to be treated, has lead her to become one of the most influential leaders in real estate today. 
Megan opens up about tackling her own personal challenges from addictions to fear and how using routine, structure and allowing herself her own personal time, allows her to be her best self every day.
