We must learn to accept compliments, acknowledgment and any other form of praise!! Recognize that others can see things that you don’t see. A simple “Thank you” can ease your awkward feeling of unworthiness & give you a sense of comfort in knowing that you are what they see!!

We label others all the time. It helps us to compartmentalize situations and behaviors. Often, we're actually communicating something about ourselves by saying, "I'm not that." However, the fact that we label people by their behavior and characteristics can end up limiting our curiosity about a person.

Sometimes you must remind yourself that you are Killin the game, you have weathered so many storms & yet you are still standing!! Baby, this is what the “Full package” looks like!! Brag on yourself a little bit👏👏👏

Boys have feelings too, & they should be able to express them without being told to “Toughen up or being called SOFT” featuring Robert Melvin (Our Middle son)

As I continue on with this journey, I want to let my listeners know it is ok to set boundaries. You must protect your peace, let people know that they can not run over you or mistreat your.
