Ellen Trappey, the Managing Officer of the Philadelphia Science Festival joins Kristen in studio to talk about the 2018 Philadelphia Science Festival. Then, Andrea Helfrich of the Philadelphia Flyers stops by the morning show ahead of our big company-wide Flyers playoffs pep rally. She handles all things fun and social about the Flyers, and she seems to have brought some good luck to the Flyers organization during the 8 months she's spent here. 

He was on the BEN-FM Morning Show, and yet somehow, Matt Cord also made a television appearance on Friday morning. He spoke with Jason Lee and Jennifer Lewis Hall about his 21 years of experience as the In-Arena Host of the Philadelphia 76ers, who are (as you are well aware..) ALSO in the playoffs this year.

Finally, IFBB Pro Women's Physique Competitor and former EAGLES Cheerleader Tracy Hess stops by to talk about her 1st Annual Women's Day Extravaganza event on Saturday, April 14th from 11am-5pm at Fushion Fitness (2801 Grant Ave. Philadelphia). In the beginning of March, Matt and Kristen traveled down to Clearwater, Florida to the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. First, Kristen speaks with Mary Ann Milner - the Regional Director of Development for the American Red Cross, about Red Cross Month and the 18th Annual Red Cross RED BALL. The Red Ball is Saturday, March 24th at Lincoln Financial Field. The event helps to raise money for Disaster Relief and The Red Cross House - Center for Disaster Recovery. Then, John Page, the President of the Wells Fargo Center joins Matt & Kristen on the BEN-FM Morning Show to talk about a HUGE $250 million dollar renovation project in the works for the Wells Fargo Center including new seating, concessions, a new sound system, and a number of great new fan amenities.

Lucy Noland from Fox 29 stopped by to visit the BEN-FM Morning Show with Matt and Kristen and she brought her good friend Stephanie Sena, a Villanova Professor and the Founder and CEO of SREHUP (Student-Run Emergency Housing Unit of Philadelphia). They are opening up the first ever homeless emergency housing east of the west coast -  that is pet friendly. The shelter is homey and filled with games and music and programs that will help its residents to get back on their feet. It will have rooms for family, and all pets are welcome. 250 people in Philadelphia died last year while experiencing homelessness, and of that 250, many died after suffering hypothermia with their pets. This new shelter offers an option for these people and their furry/feathered loved ones that previously did not exist in this city. It's an incredible program.
