The next three weeks will be devoted to reminding Bethel of the most important things. Things to hold onto as we move into a new and different futures.

We spend some time looking at an interesing parable of Jesus. This a story of extremes to help make the point that we can be easily distracted from what matters most in life.

Today we look at one of my favorite chapters of the Bible Luke 15. Jesus tells us quite clearly that people far from God matter to Him. Maybe they should matter to us too.

Sir Elton John helps us today with the sermon. No, not his music but his words. He reminds us of something important just like the story of Jesus healing the centurion's servant.

Today we take a look at the all important “Kingdom Quality” of humiity. We will explore what Christian humility is and why we should cultivate it in our lives.

We come to the end of the series on Pastor Paul's letter to the church of Rome. We end with the most important thing: Love. Even the yucky people. We can't repay Jesus for his love but we can pay it forward.

We continue on in Pastor Paul's letter to the church of Rome and he writes that we should surrender ourselves to God in light of all that He has done. I will talk about what he has done and how to surrender oureselves to the love of Jesus

As we move forward into chapter 7 in Paul's letter to the church of Rome we hear about rules and commandments. Paul reminds us of their proper place and it has nothing to do with God's love for us... no more performance theology.

We continue on in Paul's letter to the church of Rome. Today we hear all about God's timing... we may be late but God's timing is perfect.
