Mark Johnson, CEO of Loyalty360, had the chance to talk with Ben Cooke, the vice president of business development at Fleet Feet, and Ellen Donahue, the company’s vice president of marketing, about the challenges the company has faced over the last few years, and especially in the last year when sales grew but were challenged by in-store buying experiences.
