In this final episode of the IVF Series, Kat shares with us the results of her 6 week ultrasound and whether or not they can now say that they are officially pregnant! 

Since week 4, Kat has been experiencing many symptoms that led her to believe that things were continuing, but going in for the official 6 week scan was quite the build up.

With all of the symptoms she is experiencing, Kat shares with us how she’s managing to stay on top of her nutrition and training and where she’s struggling most - from trying to get in enough protein, to modifying her training and regulating her body temperature. 

Kat also delves into why exactly we experiencing these symptoms - explaining the hormonal and physical changes that occur and why women might experience them differently.
