Guest Bio Ben has 20 years of experience working in the construction industry. He commenced his career working as a site coordinator with St Hilliers and Barclay Mowlem before moving to Melbourne to join Baulderstone Hornibrook (now Lendlease). During this time, he worked on a number of major projects including the State Library of Victoria, Mercy Hospital, Lara Prison (Marngoneet Correctional Centre) and Women’s Hospital in safety management, site coordination and design management. Prior to co-founding HammerTech, Ben spent 8 years with a APP Corporation (leading project management consultancy) as a client representative. He is passionate about people safety and improving business systems, making it easier for organisations and individuals to go about their daily tasks. Ben loves working closely with clients to understand both their / industry issues and collaborating internally to provide solutions. When not working, Ben spends most of his time with his young family, and getting out for a run or ride to keep fit and clear the mind.
