Ben Levitan, Credit Card Processing: The Many Ways (Good and Bad) It Affects Your Business

Ben Levitan is the co-founder of Delta Payment Solutions and CEO of Cedalion Partners, a Management Advisory Firm. Ben is currently serving on the Board of Directors of OGSystems and Bricata, a cybersecurity company. Previously, Ben was the CEO of four companies, three of which he exited successfully. Ben has more than 25 years of leadership experience in software, communications management consulting and private equity. 

Ben has extensive expertise in Corporate Development. Ben led Due Diligence and M&A for over 20 years, starting with Cambridge Technology Partners. At Cambridge Technology Partners, he led the acquisition of three companies in the U.S. and Europe. At IQT, Ben worked with 20 + VC and PE investors, executing nearly a dozen transactions, and participated in multiple exits.

As a Business Coach, Ben has drawn on his experience and expertise to advise and curate Fund Raising for companies in various stages of development. Notable transactions include: Coordinating the sale of Carbon Black to Bit 9, and DBR 360 to GTT Communications. 

Ben attended the London School of Economics and earned his BA from Union College. He is an avid motorcycle rider, bicyclist and is married with three children.
