Today's guest is Ben Pike, a former Division 1 Football Player at Toledo University. As a standout high school athlete and an accomplished Division 1 Athlete Ben shares his observations about the importance of relational care for athletes as a leader. Ben is currently a high school football coach and much of his values as a coach stem from his experiences over the years being involved with sports.
