Kelsey is the Director of Youth & Young Adults at Mount Hermon Camp.
She is an avid Darth Vader friend, coffee lover and a quality person who cares deeply about young adults and the development of their life. Kelsey talks about generational theory and how to consider the age group and audience they're working with and how to learn more about the context they're living in, so we can better meet them where they're at.
