Ben recently won the Trail Running Association British Middle Distance Championships at the Run Through Lakes 51k race, which earned him a place at the European Off Road Championships in Slovenia. We discuss training, the selection process and the confusing number of different terms and governing bodies there are for running off road both here and abroad. We wish him the best of luck!
