Ben Saville: The F&%K You Switch

This podcast had me flicking paint Pollock style! Ben Saville is a business coach to the creators, predominately artists and helps change their mindset from a F&%K You to a thank you and getting comfortable with rejection. Ben hails all the way from the northern hemisphere and our mother land, London!

Ben worked in hospitality events before Covid impacted his income stream and soon decided he had to Switch his Sitch to make ends meet. Ben resonated with the creatives and through many discussions decided to help support this niche in business.  

 

Ben now provides coaching, both one to one and group to help artists discover the simplest route to growth whilst continuing to do what they love. We discuss how he provides support through his workshops, helps artists with growth mindset and how to turn a fuck you to a thank you!

 

Ben and I also chew the framework on how creatives (whether that be artists, professional athletes or music artists) may have developed an unhealthy relationship with cash as they are continually told to do it for the love of the game rather than the money. This is all well and good until rent is due! Ben has created a great business model that will help coach that gap whilst supporting the artists and building a community.
