We're back after the curse of episode 13 and thankfully some British Wifi allows us to get the show on the road. Tom joins us on his lunch break to give us an update on his injury which unfortunatly hasnt progressed much in the last 3 weeks but thankfully is able to start cross training. Ben's back to tell the tales of Kenyan Fartleks and Goat Stews. An Callum is back in full fitness search mode as he prepared for the onslaught of races in just over a months time. Thanks for joininig us after a weeks break and we hope to be back to our usual weekly uploads as of this week.
