Hey Oxwich Adventurers! 🌿🚐
Welcome to Day 4 of our journey in the motorhome, The Oxwich! Today feels like a fairly average day, but the beauty of our average is that it involves being out in the wild, breathing fresh air, and enjoying nature—so much better than the monotonous days back at the house.
This episode covers our day parked at a car park managed by the Malvern Hills Conservators, a wonderful organisation that maintains the natural beauty of the area. I talk about the changes I'm making to improve my sleep quality, my morning yoga routine with @glo, and the joy of delaying my first coffee to enhance my energy levels.
We also discuss the importance of grounding, getting direct sunlight to regulate our body's natural rhythms, and the various ways living in a motorhome allows us to connect intimately with the environment around us. From breathtaking sunrises to quiet walks, this lifestyle keeps us in tune with nature.

Hey Oxwich Adventurers! 🌿🚐
Welcome to the very first episode of our new podcast series, "Beneath the Oxwich Adventures: A Year in a Motorhome with James Walters." Although this is the debut episode, it's actually day 3 of our year-long journey living full-time in our beloved motorhome, The Oxwich.
On 3rd January 2024, I found myself at Talybont-on-Usk Reservoir, battling the aftermath of flu or Covid. Despite the tough nights and feeling wiped out, I made it through with some yoga and a clear plan to improve my sleep and overall routine this year. Adapting to motorhome life has been a learning curve, from managing limited electricity and water to overcoming personal challenges and technical issues like faulty heaters and unreliable internet.
In this episode, I also highlight LifeSaver® water purifiers. These gadgets remove 99.99% of protozoa, bacteria, and viruses, making water from almost any source safe to drink. Perfect for our motorhome life, hiking trips, or just being prepared. Check them out at LifeSaver Water Purifiers. By using this link, you're supporting our adventures. Stay hydrated, stay adventurous! 💧🚐🌲🏕️
