Two toddlers 16 and 18 month old die at Happy Happy daycare center drowning in northern California in San Jose, October 2, 2023. Pool gate was propped and kids got in. Owners have been arrested for felony criminal child endangerment and criminal endangerment.

Another two 3-year old twin toddlers drown in Phoenix, Arizona. Dad was giving them both CPR at the same time. May 2, 2023
