In the first episode, we dive into a species which doesn't recieve enough credit. The Schoolmaster Snapper. An extremely common species both in the Cayman Islands and the wider Caribbean, this same fish that we see often, plays a large role in our ecosystems. Gathering a bit of reasearch, and my own knowledge and experience with the species, this episode was put together to explain the Schoolmaster Snapper in detail, in an extremely accessible format for anyone to understand.
